Welcome to FitNik Healthy LifeStyle Coaching. My Name is Nikki Fiel, I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer located in Williamsport PA. What I would like you to know is, I have been there. I have fought the weight loss battle. I have walked the unhealthy mile and let me tell you, it can get better. Through my journey, I have discovered you never stop learning, and growing both inside and out. And with this path I have chosen I want to share with you how a Healthy Lifestyle can help you develop into the person you have always wanted to be.
At 30 I was 174 lbs, overweight, lethargic, suffering from migraines which hospitalized regularly. I looked a picture one day and realized, this isn’t me, this is not who I want to be. With Clean Eating, exercise, and support from family and friends I was able to turn my life around and turn it into the career of my dreams, helping others.
I have had many roles in life, a farmer, a veterinary technician, a wedding cake baker, and now a Lifestyle Personal Training Coach. With all these occupations I have learned that hard work, diligence, and the ability to stand out from the rest is the key to success.
Why is FitNik Lifestyle Coaching Different? I take a one on one approach with each client. No one person is the same, our metabolism, body shape, genetics, activity levels are all different. With My system, I take careful body measurements, meal planning, food journaling; stamina tests that help me find the right flow for you personally to achieve your goals. Then after arranging the Lifestyle plan just for you, we revisit these initial assessments and modify them if needed.
The first step is a one on one meeting, so I can get to know you and what you are looking for. After that I develop your meal plan, exercise plan and walk you through step by step of what you need for a Healthy Lifestyle. Each week you will receive a new workout plan and a new meal plan according to just your needs.

What do we start with, of course a Warm up!
By far the hardest part of a LifeStyle modification, Food is key to life. I feel we have been so manipulated, and swayed one way or the other with food, the average person feels confused. In all honesty, Nutrition can be easy: Feed your body whole, real, unprocessed food, at the correct times, and you will achieve your goal.
Common Nutrition Myths:
Cardio, some think this is a dreaded term, but I can honestly say this was a life saver. What I want to teach you is cardio can be a fun adventure! Running a marathon is not for everyone, but there are so many forms of cardio. Biking, Jogging, rock climbing, hiking, roller blading, boxing, jump rope, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding, these are all great forms of cardio!! And all fun, and get you out in nature at the same time. Life is too short to be stuck in an office, get out and enjoy!! If you have children, this is also a great way to teach them how to stay active and learn a healthy hobby.
I will confess, I didn’t learn how to run until I was 31 years old. It truly is about rhythm and breathing, to maintain a pace and concur that distance. I like to teach form first, and start with small distances and then slowly increase your daily goal. This can be done with any of the above mentioned cardio adventures. Take that 1st trip out and keep going just a bit further, your stamina will build along with a healthy habit! I recommend 30-45 Minutes of interval training to help maximize your calorie burn.
My best recommendation is to get out and move!! Try something new, join a group, go out there and make your mark on the world!
